We love a challenging case!

This patient came to see Dr Farook Patel for a cosmetic improvement.

The patient was born with a missing incisor, the upper right canine had a veneer to replicate the missing Lateral incisor which was done by her previous dentist. 
 
This was a combination of treatment which involved clear aligners, her canine tooth was replaced with an implant by our implantologist Dr Wasif Jamil finishing touches were made using Composite Bonding making improvements to the shape of some teeth.

Meet Patrick

Patrick wanted fixed teeth he wanted to smile again.

Patrick came to see Wasif our implant surgeon to discuss Dental Implants and how to improve his smile, he wanted to eat properly and to enjoy a nice steak.

Patrick had multiple issues including gum disease and broken teeth, he was wearing a partial denture which he hated after Patrick consultation we took an OPG and a Cbct it was apparent the Patrick’s upper teeth were on borrowed time.

Together it was decided to remove all his natural teeth in the upper place 4 Dental implants and a fixed bridge.
